Tonight it hit me: the past 24 hours I have taken in way too much awful violent news. Whether on the actual news or talking to friends, I am drained. I can't take any more talk of death, fires, burns, murder, or vandalism. It's starting to break my faith in humanity. It just can't all be that bad.
