Okay, this site makes me giggle because it reminds me of pretty much every frat loser I knew in college. Actually, now that I think about it I didn't know too many frat losers in college because, well, they were LOSERS. Anyway, pictures of seriously crazy looking owls paired with captions from your favorite hungover frat boy, and there you have it: Hungover Owls. They are HILARIOUS.
