Irritating
I sell books on Amazon.com from time to time, and today I was looking at my feedback scores. Why is it that when someone has a problem with my books or shipping they don't CONTACT ME and instead leave a not-so-nice review? It would have been simple to remedy the situation but no, they had to leave a bad score. That's so aggrevating!

I have been reluctant to buy books through a third party via Amazon.com. Next time I don't have to have it next day. I'll give it a try, I am so guilty of not trusting.
Yeah, I hear you there. I've never personally had a problem with it, but I hear stories.... I figure it's sort of like E-bay because usually the books are dirt cheap and you can get your money back, so there's not a lot to lose!
